By accessing our website, contacting us through our communication channels, booking our services, or interacting with us through WhatsApp Business, Rich Communication Services (RCS), email, telephone, or any other digital platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using our website and services immediately.

1. Introduction

Samarth Events is an event management and event planning company providing professional services for personal, social, corporate, educational, cultural, promotional, and entertainment events. Our services may include event planning, venue coordination, stage decoration, sound and lighting arrangements, artist management, photography, videography, catering coordination, branding, guest management, and related event solutions.

We also communicate with customers using digital platforms including the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, Google Rich Communication Services (RCS), email, SMS, and telephone for booking confirmations, customer support, service updates, reminders, invoices, promotional offers (where permitted), and operational communications.

These Terms establish the legal relationship between Samarth Events and every visitor, customer, client, vendor, or user of our services.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Company refers to Samarth Events.
  • Website means the official website operated by Samarth Events.
  • User, Customer, or Client means any individual, organization, company, institution, or entity accessing our website or purchasing our services.
  • Services include all event-related planning, management, consultation, execution, digital communications, and associated offerings.
  • Content includes text, images, graphics, videos, logos, branding materials, event portfolios, downloadable files, documents, and website information.
  • WhatsApp Business Platform refers to Meta’s official communication platform for business messaging.
  • RCS refers to Google’s Rich Communication Services messaging platform.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree that:

5. Eligibility

To use our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally competent under applicable law.
  • You possess the authority to enter into a legally binding contract.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are not prohibited from using our services under any applicable law.

Businesses booking events must ensure that the person making the booking has proper authorization.

6. Account Registration

Certain services may require users to:

  • Verify mobile numbers.
  • Verify email addresses.

Users agree to:

  • Keep their information accurate.
  • Promptly update any changes.

Samarth Events reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account containing inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Cooperate during event planning and execution.
  • Make timely payments.
  • Obtain any permissions required for the event if specifically assigned to them.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, venue rules, and government regulations.
  • Respect intellectual property rights.
  • Avoid uploading harmful, defamatory, illegal, obscene, or malicious content through our website or communication channels.
  • Use WhatsApp Business and RCS responsibly.
  • Refrain from abusing or harassing our staff, vendors, or representatives.

Users shall not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Introduce malware or viruses.
  • Interfere with website functionality.
  • Copy proprietary content without permission.
  • Misrepresent themselves.
  • Use our services for unlawful purposes.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services without refund where legally permissible.

8. Payment & Billing Terms

Any refunds shall be governed by the specific cancellation and refund terms communicated at the time of booking.

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

Some services offered by Samarth Events, including ongoing event support, annual maintenance arrangements, digital communication packages, promotional campaigns, or recurring service plans, may operate on a subscription or renewable contract basis.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Renewal terms will be specified in the applicable proposal or agreement.
  • Either party may choose not to renew by providing prior written notice within the period stated in the agreement.
  • Samarth Events reserves the right to suspend or terminate recurring services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of communication channels, or violation of applicable laws.
  • Upon termination, any outstanding dues remain payable, and provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall continue to remain in effect where applicable.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Samarth Events may communicate with customers through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform and Google Rich Communication Services (RCS) to provide efficient customer support and service-related communications.

By sharing your mobile number and opting to receive communications, you acknowledge and agree that Samarth Events may send:

  • Booking confirmations.
  • Event schedules and reminders.
  • Payment confirmations and invoices.
  • Service updates.
  • Customer support messages.
  • Event-related notifications.
  • Feedback requests.
  • Promotional communications, only where permitted by applicable law and with any required consent.

All communications through WhatsApp Business and RCS are conducted in accordance with applicable platform policies and relevant Indian laws. Users must not misuse these channels by sending unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or unsolicited content through interactions with Samarth Events.
